I love combining practical, informative images with slower, more intimate storytelling. The first half of my shoot focuses on getting the clean, clear photos that show your layout, features, and overall vibe—these are the must-haves for your listing.

Once that’s done, I move into lifestyle mode. This is where the magic happens: cozy corners, breakfast in progress, a book by the window, soft sheets and sunlight. I often include myself in these photos, using simple props or natural movement, to help people connect emotionally with the space.

It’s a mix of functional and emotional, designed to help your space stand out and stay memorable.

  • I aim to deliver all your photos and video content together, typically within 10 to 14 business days. If you need your content sooner, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your timeline.

  • Yes. My packages include a complimentary stay as part of the overall value, and I require a minimum stay of 2 to 3 nights. This allows me enough time and natural lighting to thoroughly capture the space, creating authentic, lived-in images that go beyond traditional real estate photos. This approach helps tell the story of your property’s comfort and charm while keeping pricing accessible by factoring the stay into the creative process.

  • Yes! I’m happy to accommodate weeknight stays whenever possible. Just reach out with your preferred dates, and we’ll find a time that works best for your schedule.

  • I specialize in partnering with luxury vacation rentals, boutique hotels, and curated travel stays that emphasize beautiful design and cozy atmospheres.
